Appointments

Please call Krisalis Beauty Watford for Beauty Salon offers London on 020 8421 4212, or book yourself an appointment on-line via the 'Make a Booking' tab at the top of the page, ensuring you book well in advance to reserve your preferable appointment time/therapist.  Appointments are not always necessary but are recommended to avoid disappointment.  We make it our business to be as accommodating and flexible as we can, if you are happy, we are happy.  Please call us for any enquires you may have, and click ‘Advice & Info' tabs from our treatment menu for recommended therapy advice i.e. advance patch tests, optional extras etc.  To secure your booking we require credit card details for treatments which exceed 30minutes, and for any appointments booked on-line. 

Cancellations / Missed Bookings

As a courtesy to our clients and therapists we would appreciate 24 hours notice for any cancellations or the full cost of your treatment will be charged.  Missed appointments will also be chargeable at the full cost of the treatment. 

Arrival

Please allow ample time for traffic & parking, and arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.  Please note we work to a prompt appointment schedule therefore late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling of your appointment.  Please turn off mobile phones to ensure your relaxation and respect that of others.  When visiting Krisalis Beauty for the first time we will request that you complete a Client Consultation Card which contains questions relating to your health and some personal information that we are required by law to obtain before your treatment.  Any information given will remain confidential and is covered by the Data Protection Act. 

Treatments

No more than 2 people (client & therapist) can be in the treatment rooms at any one time.  Any persons 16 years & under wanting treatment must be accompanied by an adult on their first visit & we require written consent from a parent/guardian.  We regret we cannot take any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items.  Please keep all your personal belongings with you at all times. 

Krisalis Retail

We only stock selected tried & tested prestigious product brands which we believe in.  These products will preserve and prolong your therapy results between visits, available at salon reception. 

Accepted Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron & Maestro Cards.  Please note the minimum card payment value is £10.  Cash & Gift Vouchers are also welcome. 

Gift Vouchers

Give someone else the opportunity to experience a little indulgence.  For Beauty Salon offers London, Gift Vouchers are available for treatments or products .  The voucher is open value so you can give as much or as little as you like, or alternatively you can put a specially selected treatment title on it.  Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and have strict 6 months validity from the date of purchase.

Your experience at Krisalis Beauty is very important to us.  If you are happy with our service, please tell your friends & family about your experience as your personal recommendation is our greatest reward.  Rest assured if you fancy tipping any of our therapists, they will always take home whatever you give them.  We would also love to hear your comments, ideas & feedback and would really appreciate you writing them in our ‘Testimonial Book’ which can be found in salon reception, or on our Facebook Page, or just send us an email.  If for any reason you are not happy with any part of our service please make Krisalis management aware, and we will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  We would hate for you to go away unhappy, please remember we cannot fix a problem if we are unaware of it!
